Soulfresh
Soulfresh is a food movement that disrupts the status quo by taking a stand against the dumbed-down, lifeless and soulless food that clogs up our supermarket shelves. My nights, my weekends - everywhere I could I stole time over 15 years to create brands for Soulfresh including Another Bloody Water, Bruce, Lo Bros, Wildly Good, Pico and the relaunch of Hey Tiger.

10 years ago I was asked by Didi Lo of Soulfresh to create a brand for his new juice and almond milk line. Meet Nutty Bruce. Bruce has become its own mega-movement across the world – taking the idea that plant milks are for Jesus-sandal-wearing hippies and bringing them to the masses. I’ve created the voice, the pack-copy, the website copy, the above and below-the-line comms – the lot. Maybe it should just be called Nutty Katie.

Oat Milk isn’t a thing - it’s THE thing. And it’s for everyone. We created a campaign to let people know they could happily drink Oat Milk without immediately turning into a felt hat wearing, crystal rubbing, HIIT-loving alt-m*lk drinking wanker.
