Hi, I’m Katie.
This is a teeny tiny selection of what I've been up to for the past 20+ years as a copywriter, communication and branding specialist.
I have had the pleasure of working on some of Australia’s most-loved, famous and noisy brands, and well as creating brands from scratch too - everything from retail, energy, health, automotive, education, government, insurance, sport, behaviour change and FMCG.
My work has been awarded at all of the major global advertising shows, including at Cannes and D&AD.
I’ve judged AWARD, NY Festival, LIA and AWARD School.
I’ve also been an Aunties mentor.
I’m highly experienced across traditional media, digital and social as well as PR, activation, packaging copy and websites.
Working as Melbourne advertising creative means most of the items in my wardrobe are black – slightly problematic as I am the devoted pet parent to two Golden Retrievers and two Burmese cats.
In my spare time – I vacuum.
